Auspicing is when an incorporated association (us) applies for and receives funding on behalf of an unincorporated individual, group, or organisation (you), and is responsible for ensuring that the project or activity for which the funds have been granted is completed, acquitted, and the funds accounted for.
Auspicious Arts Projects has an open door policy and primarily works with independent artists. You don’t need to be applying for a grant to work with us, we also manage projects that are self funded, crowd funded or funded through box office.
We also assist arts organisations and some local councils with administrative support such as processing of fees and wages, artist agreements and financial management for discrete arts projects.

The auspice fee is calculated at 5% of total project expenditure and we do not charge for our budget consultation service. This fee also provides everyone working on your project with Travel Insurance, Volunteers Insurance and Public Liability Cover. We do not charge a fee on your surplus or profit, or on in-kind expenditure.
