Moonee Valley Biannual & Social Support Grants - Information & Grant Writing Sessions
Through our Biannual Grants program, Moonee Valley City Council offers grants of up to $20,000 to support and empower community groups and local businesses to undertake projects that improve community wellbeing. Round 2 opens for applications on 28 January 2020 and closes on 10 March 2020.

GRANT WRITING WORKSHOP:
Moonee Valley City Council is currently offering grants through the Biannual Grants program to community groups, organisaitons, artists and local busineses. Come along ot a FREE workshop facilitated by grants expert Debby Maziarz to learn about effective grant wiritng.
Through this 3 hour workshop you can build your understanding of what is required to successfully apply for and acquit grants. This fun and hands-on workshop will focus on transforming your ideas into fundable concepts and will walk you step by step through the process. Includes:
Where to find the money
Writing a killer 50-word grab
Working with partners
Building a budget
Answering the ‘sustainability’ and ‘evaluation’ questions
