2020 Australian Dance Awards
The annual Australian Dance Awards recognise and honour professional Australian dance artists who have made an outstanding contribution to dance.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, nominations were postponed until Australian Dance Week. We now have pleasure in announcing that nominations are open, and will close on Monday 22 June. There will be a small charge for each nomination: $25 for individuals nominating, $60 for funded companies.
Our colleagues at Ausdance Victoria hope to present the Awards in collaboration with Ausdance National, at a date to be confirmed. The scale of the Awards presentation will depend on available resources, but we hope to make it a celebratory event for Australian dance and its creators, performers and collaborators.
